Claims are handled by Dealer Loyalty Protection (DLP). Log in to the DLP customer portal or contact DLP before authorizing any repair work. Your repair shop must receive authorization from DLP before beginning covered repairs.

Is there a waiting period?

Yes. All plans include a 30-day and 1,000-mile waiting period from your contract start date before coverage becomes active.
